FlexPoint already had a Webflow site, but making changes to it was slow and risky. Every edit was a chance to break something. Now they were rebranding ahead of Pax8 — the biggest event on their calendar, which meant rebuilding the site and migrating 400+ pages of blogs, resources, and landing pages without losing SEO equity.
The real challenge wasn't the migration. FlexPoint's marketing team would be running this new site themselves, so they needed a safe, reliable way to build and update pages constantly, without hiring a developer every time.
FINAO led the design and brought us in to handle development. The goal was clear: give FlexPoint's team a site they could actually build on. We started by exploring their old site to document functionality and key pages. We then led a technical discovery session with FlexPoint’s marketing lead to understand how they planned on using their new site, and that shaped our approach.
Instead of traditionally building pages first, we built a system. We turned the entire site into a library of reusable components that served as pre-built, on-brand sections their team could easily drop into place and fill with content — like putting little Lego pieces together. Every piece was designed to be safe to use and configured to change themes or hide content for different use cases: someone could build a whole new page without building a section from scratch or risk breaking the rest of the site.
With the library in place, building the site itself was fast: we assembled the pages, and FINAO populated the content. Then we handled the heavy lift underneath. Their old blogs were scattered across nearly a dozen separate collections, so we consolidated them into one clean, organized system. And to protect the SEO equity they'd built up over years, we mapped out every key page and made sure they were properly redirected.
The migration work paid off immediately. Every blog, resource, and landing page came over cleanly, without losing their SEO equity in the move. And their once-scattered blogs now lived in a single CMS, giving the team a centralized place to manage them.
But the system was the real win. Before we'd even started training FlexPoint's team, their marketing lead had already built new pages on her own, without breaking a thing. She called the new site "a thousand times more organized" than what they had before.
FlexPoint didn't just get a rebranded site delivered on time for Pax8 — they got one their team could run themselves, building and shipping new pages whenever they need to. And because we built it on a scalable styleguide and branding system, they can continue to grow the component library over time.

Mind Nexus needed a site that could handle massive traffic from major media appearances without crashing. We built a scalable, high-performance platform that lifted them from 3–4 leads a day to 25 (a 6–7x jump), drove a 600% increase in signups, and grew overall revenue by roughly 30%.

Unico needed their site rebuilt and localized in three languages with a major event five days out. Partnering with FINAO, we delivered a full day early.
